As a stage manager, my goal is to take stress off from the director the most that I can. With open communication, I look to tackle problems before they arise. I work closely with all members of the production team to get timely updates, and delegate and communicate tasks so that when the week of tech comes, we are smooth sailing. I promise to uphold the highest standards of organization, communication, and professionalism. I will ensure that every rehearsal and performance runs smoothly, that the team is well-coordinated, and that the creative vision of the production is realized. I commit to being a reliable point of contact for all departments, managing time efficiently, and handling any challenges with calm and focus. My priority is to create a safe, supportive, and positive environment for the cast, crew, and creative team, allowing each individual to contribute to the success of the production.
